Refer a friend T&Cs
- Each patient must spend a minimum of £125.00 per treatment for the £25.00 voucher to be redeemable.
- This £25.00 gift voucher applies to non-surgical treatments only, excluding Botox® treatments.
- Only one voucher is redeemable per treatment.
- Cannot be used to purchase products.
- The cash value of the voucher is £0.001.
- The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Vouchers are non refundable or transferable
- The Cosmetic Centre may cancel or vary the scheme at any time
- The new patient being referred or recommended must not have previously been a patient of Cosmetic Centre.
- The patient being referred or recommended must have booked and paid a deposit of £50.00 to secure their booking. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable.
- New patients must have a free consultation and deem suitable for treatment by the practitioner. If patient is not suitable, a full refund will be given.
- Please note to cancel or reschedule a package or treatment course we need a minimum of 3 working days’ notice. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in losing 1 session from your remaining course of treatment/packages.
- This is the procedure for all skin treatments that are available at our clinic to purchase in a course of 3.
- Cancellations within [3] business days of the planned treatment: in the event that you are no longer able to attend the treatment on the day for which it has been booked you will forfeit the £50 deposit, you will be offered an alternative date with an additional £50 deposit. All bookings require a £50 deposit to secure the appointment. If you are unable or refuse to attend on the alternative date offered, there will be no right to a refund of any deposit already paid.
- Cancellations where more than [3 working days] days’ notice is provided: in the event that you are no longer able to attend the treatment on the day for which it has been booked, you will be offered to attend on the next available date, at no extra cost and using the deposit already paid. If you are unable or refuse to attend on the alternative date offered, any deposit already paid will become forfeited.
- If you cancel with over 10 working days notice your deposit can be refunded if the deposit was paid within 12 months of the appointment.
- If a deposit is paid and not used within 12 months the deposit will be forfeited.

If you send us your cancellation notice by email, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email.
