Minor Operations

Lots of concerns can be fixed through minor surgeries at one minor ops clinic held at our Buckinghamshire clinic. Eyelid Reduction (Upper Blepharoplasty can help solve the folding of the eyes due to excess skin. Hooded eyes can worsen over time through the ageing process as the skin elasticity and collagen drops, which can cause a tired appearance. Upper Blepharoplasty is a minor surgery which removes the excess skin to open the eyes, with minimal scarring across the eyelid that cannot be seen when the eyes are open.

As well as this, we provide a minor surgery that corrects inverted nipples. Inverted nipples affects over 10% of the population. There is no solution other than minor surgery to help the nipples relax and return to the natural, correct positioning. This surgery is minimally invasive, and a relatively simple procedure with minimal recovery time. One important thing to note is that for women interested in having this surgery, you will no longer be able to breastfeed as this surgery involves cutting of the milk ducts.

Eyelid Reduction

Upper Blepharoplasty involves removing the excess tissue, fat or muscle above the eye that causes sagging and or drooping. Not only can this improve your overall appearance, but it can also improve the function of your eyes, and depending on the severity of dropping even improve your overall visbility.

Upper Blepharoplasty can be performed as a standalone procedure, or alongside other facial rejuvenation procedures, such as lower blepharoplasty (lower eyelid surgery), an eyebrow lift, or a facelift, to achieve a more comprehensive facial rejuvenation.

Inverted Nipple Correction

Inverted nipples although typically pain-free, can affect confidence, and be alarming if you don’t know what they are or what causes them. It’s a common condition and affects 10% of the population. You can be born with inverted nipples, or it can develop later in life.

The predominant cause is an issue with the ductal system connected to the nipple. And minor surgery to help rectify the issue through incisions can help release the nipple to its natural form with minimal scarring.
